Paying attention to details is very important while staging a home to be sold. All of the details may be over whelming and cause a home stager to forget to check something. Tip 3 takes on all the little things that really count!

Tip 3 – The Little Things

Little things stand out to home buyers because they are looking for them. When staging a house walk through the house like you are a home buyer. Look for little things like chipped paint, signs of mold, old wall sockets and light switches. The door knobs may need to be tightened or replaced also. Every little detail is important when staging a house.
