What is the cancellation policy?
Bookings cancelled >3 months in advance may be fully refunded minus a small administrative booking cancellation fee. **
Bookings cancelled 1-3 months prior to retreat may be eligible for a 50% refund.**
Bookings cancelled within 30 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
Your ticket may be transferred to a third-party, however this transfer must be approved in writing 7 days prior to the event. Email us for for more information.

The Business and Balance Retreat will require a minimum number of participants to proceed. In the event of the Retreat not going ahead for this reason, credit can be held for a future date, or a full refund will be provided.
