Perfectly Presented Properties was created in 2014 by owner Fiona Walker. Fiona had always had an interest in real estate but it was only after being challenged by a senior director in her long time corporate job that she realised her passion for interiors.

This beautiful Edwardian property had been completely renovated and modernised without detracting from the original period features. I loved working with the classic architecture and bringing the owners vision to life with my furnishings. This property sold $55,000 over reserve at auction.
The majority of my work is in areas with large family homes, so I was looking forward to the challenge of working with smaller spaces when this inner city apartment came up. It was originally tenanted, but they had so much furniture in this living space and with it laid out the wrong way it closed off the space. I love the way my styling makes this space look huge! This property sold for an undisclosed amount but the vendor was very happy with the result of my staging.
This cottage style property was calling out for a modern country feel. I love the way this formal living area came together and it shows that using neutral colours doesn’t have to be boring. Interest is created by using different coloured timbers along with different size, shape and pattern accessories and soft furnishings. This property sold for $120,000 over the estimated selling range.
