Since leaving the world of academia and the medical field behind and focusing instead on my true loves of design, property styling and real estate I have turned my life around.

I have established a very successful home staging company, designed and grown an online training program for other property stylist, and teach people how to renovate.

In creating these training programs I recognised that there are people out there just like you who are well and truly members of the property styling and design industry BUT lack the time  to form strong connections with other stylists and designers from all over Australia.

So I got to work coming up with a way to help other property stylists come together to provide support, knowledge, experience and empathy for home stagers in Australia and the southern hemisphere.

When I started out in the property styling industry I felt an overwhelming amount of loneliness. I loved my job and the projects I was completing but I didn’t have anyone who knew the industry like I did to talk about it with.

So, when I started teaching I remembered this and got to work developing a support network for others who may be in the same position.

Can I join if I didn't train with IIHS?

Is the Membership available internationally?

Yes of course!

Do I have to have my own business?

No! We welcome all those wanting to join. Please note: this is not a training environment or resource. This is a support and mastermind community with exceptional perks.

How is the Graduate Studio different from the IIHS course?

The IIHS course teaches you property styling from the ground up. The Graduate Studio assumes you already know the fundamentals and focuses on the business, systems, and momentum side of actually doing the work. It's ongoing support, not a course to complete.

Can I join if I trained with a different property styling school?

Yes. The Graduate Studio is open to anyone already working in property styling, interior design, or real estate styling — regardless of where you trained. This isn't for total beginners.

What kind of questions can I ask on WhatsApp?

Quick questions that keep you moving: "How do I handle this client situation?" "Is this pricing reasonable?" "Which supplier would you recommend for X?" "I'm stuck on this styling decision." If your question needs deeper support, we'll point you to the right resource.

What are the HR and accounting expert referrals?

We've vetted professionals who understand small creative businesses and can help with employment questions, contractor agreements, BAS, tax, and financial planning. They're external experts, not IIHS employees.

What's the affiliate program?

Graduate Studio members earn commission on sales of the "Six Steps to Selling Your Property For More" product. We'll provide your unique affiliate link and basic promotional materials.

How do wholesale supplier connections work?

We connect you with trade suppliers who offer wholesale pricing to property stylists. Access is subject to supplier availability and their individual terms. We make introductions; the relationship is between you and the supplier.

What if I'm not sure if the Graduate Studio is right for me?

If you're not already working in property styling or haven't completed property styling training, start with the IIHS course instead. If you're on the fence, email us with your situation and we'll give you an honest assessment.
